I can’t believe its February! How did that happen?? So much has changed since this time last year. And for the most part I am incredibly happy with what is going on in my life. I love snow and the cold weather. I love Valentine’s Day. I think I’d pick it as my favorite holiday. Over the next 2 weeks, I’ll be doing post about products and recipes that I love. I hope you try them out!
First up on the list is i Heart Keenwah. I first sampled i Heart Keenwah at the Celiac tour in Cleveland. I tried the Ginger Peanut at their booth. It was great. They are bite sized clusters of quinoa. The clusters are very much like a brittle. Riley said they were too hard to bite. I love them as a snack at work. I didn’t find them to make a mess with a bunch of crumbs like some bars or granolas do.
They were nice enough to send me 2 more flavors to try out.
I love cashews. I’m not a big fan of dried cranberries. But I really enjoyed this. The tartness of the cranberries goes really well with the cashews and hint of honey. My friend LOVED this flavor and claimed the bag as hers.
Chocolate Sea Salt is my favorite of the 3 flavors I’ve tried. Who doesn’t love the combo of sweet chocolate and saltiness? It has been my go to breakfast snack at work lately. It is easy to snack on between phone calls or typing out schedules.
I like the i Heart Keenwah clusters because they are a nice change from all the gluten free treats that seem to be all or mostly rice. Always good to change up the flavor palette from time to time.
